What is the contracted or minimum amount my account must purchase to be an AMSOIL installer account?
There are no contracts or inventory quotas to be an AMSOIL installer. Your service center can carry whatever volume of AMSOIL products you see fit for your business.
Does AMSOIL offer volume discounts to installer accounts?
YES. AMSOIL installer accounts earn volume discounts based on their annual purchase volume. At the beginning of each year, your discount is locked in based on your purchases over the previous 12 months. In addition, accounts that purchase enough to qualify for a discount are granted that discount immediately and continue receiving that discount for the remainder of the year.
What is the pricing and profit margin for selling AMSOIL products?
As an AMSOIL installer account, you purchase AMSOIL products at the lowest possible wholesale pricing. AMSOIL provides a suggested retail price (MSRP), but you’re free to sell in your service center at the profit margin you choose, as long as it’s above wholesale cost.
Does AMSOIL have a broad enough product line to cover all my customers?
Yes, we have an expansive product selection that includes specialized lubricants for every type of customer and vehicle that enters your shop, including synthetic-blend, full-synthetic, high-mileage, European, hybrid, diesel oil and more.
Does AMSOIL offer bulk delivery?
No, AMSOIL does not offer tanker-truck delivery.

In what package sizes are AMSOIL products offered?
Packaging options vary from one product to the next, but most AMSOIL products are available in a variety of sizes, including quart, gallon, 2.5-gal., 16-gal., 55-gal. and 275-gal. containers.
What can I use my co-op credit for?
Installer accounts that purchase $10,000 or more within a calendar year earn 2% co-op credit (up to $1,000) that can be applied to the costs of qualified advertising, literature, merchandising and promotional items. You can choose from a variety of items like banners, hats, jackets and other marketing materials to grow your business.
What is the AMSOIL Locator?
Tens of thousands of people visit AMSOIL.com and AMSOIL.ca every month, many looking for businesses that install AMSOIL products as part of a service. Installers that purchase $3,500 or more annually are eligible to appear on the AMSOIL Locator at AMSOIL.com to help drive customers through their doors. Installers that spend over $25,000 annually are eligible for a premier listing on the AMSOIL Locator, meaning they will appear at the top of the search results.
How does the AMSOIL Installer Print Center work?
AMSOIL helps drive customers to your business with customized marketing. Choose from business cards, posters, sell sheets, menu boards and a variety of other branded materials. You can even personalize these items with your brand by adding your business logo and contact information. Customized items are available at AMSOIL.com/installerprintcenter. The Installer Print Center operates separate from the AMSOIL online store, so be prepared to create a unique account and check out there.
What is marquee sign support?
Installers that purchase $25,000 or more annually are qualified to receive support to install a marquee or large lighted sign with the AMSOIL logo outside their business to help build their brand and attract customers. Ask your AMSOIL Dealer for full details on how your account can qualify.
